‘Sanibel parishioners turn to prayer for protest’

While Father Christopher Senk remains cast from his church on Sanibel Island, parishioner support continues to grow more public.
“We’re just trying to send a message to the bishop to come and talk to us,” said parishioner Dottie McGovern, of Fort Myers, wearing a button with photos of Senk and the church, with the words “Return Our Pastor.”
