August 13. How could one forget but I did. This heartbreaking story is a reminder of what a true Catholic community is, was and should be.. It also reminds us of the difference between a true spiritual leader such as father Chris means to a community when compared to a series of Interim,short term Priests Who make it obvious that they don’t want to be here, don’t want to be associated with those that created this community and built the church . They visit the campus for a few services and immediately leave without so much as a handshake to those that only want to be part of a community. Again,, a heartbreaking story. One can only hope that “this too shall pass“.
