We STILL feel bad that Father Christopher has not been treated fairly and it seems that the Bishop has reduced the HOPE that we all have for Father Senk to be treated WITH RESPECT AND given a fair HEARING— treated with justice by our church —
even Pope Francis has said that ”the worst thing you can do to someone is take away their HOPE ………….-……”
i KNOW THAT HANK AND i WILL NEVER LOSE OUR HOPE THAT FATHER AGAIN MAY ONCE BE ALLOWED BY THIS BISHOP TO BE THE GOOD PRIEST HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN —-
LET NO ONE TAKE AWAY THE GIFT OF HOPE FROM ANYONE ELSE!
WE WANT ST ISABELLE PARISH TO HAVE HOPE AND PEACE AGAIN –
MAY THE NEW PRIEST THERE HELP THEM DO THAT!
MAY FATHER CHRISTOPHER BE FOREVER PRAYED FOR, NOT FORGOTTEN, AND RETURNED TO ACTIVE MINISTRY WHERE PEOPLE AND THE CHURCH CAN FULLY APPRECIATE HIM. WE PRAY AND BELIEVE THAT GOD WILL BLESS HIM AND RESTORE HIS MINISTRY AS HE DESERVES!
WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR ALL HE HAS MEANT TO US IN OUR SPIRITUAL LIVES.
I was at the Saturday mass where those present gave Father Gates a standing ovation;i inturn e mailed him wishing him well;advising him my familys prayers were with him in his new assignment;i received NO reply,actually I never saw a reply from any e mail I sent him
in any event I hope this is a new chapter in our parishs journey;i welcome Father Martin and pray all those who left will return and lets see with love if we can bring closure to all the drama ,and be at peace
